Pro Core Cutting Services

Hi, how can we help?

Wire Sawing Services in Dubai

Pro Core Cutting Services provides professional wire sawing across Dubai for thick, heavily reinforced concrete structures that standard saws and drills can’t handle — foundations, columns, beams, and large-scale demolition sections. Using a diamond-embedded wire looped through a system of pulleys, we cut with virtually no vibration, protecting the surrounding structure even in sensitive or occupied sites. Every wire sawing job starts with a GPR concrete scan to map rebar and utilities first. Based in Al Barsha, we serve all of Dubai, with additional coverage in Sharjah and Ajman.

Wire Sawing Dubai

What Is Wire Sawing?

Wire sawing is a concrete cutting method that uses a high-tensile steel wire embedded with diamond beads, continuously looped through a series of pulleys around the structure being cut. As the wire runs, the diamond segments grind through the concrete — including deep, heavily reinforced sections that would be too thick, too dense, or too awkwardly shaped for a standard wall saw or slab saw to handle.

Because the cutting action comes from a continuously moving wire rather than a spinning blade under pressure, wire sawing produces almost no vibration and very little dust, which means it can be used close to sensitive structures without risking cracks or damage beyond the cut line. It can also be configured around corners, through irregular shapes, and in confined or hard-to-reach spaces — something a rigid blade simply cannot do.

Typical cutting depth: wire sawing is generally used for concrete sections above 500mm thick — foundations, thick columns, crane bases, bridge sections, and similar heavy structural elements.

Wire Sawing vs. Wall Sawing vs. Slab Sawing vs. Floor Sawing

Which Service Do You Need?

This is the question we get asked most, so here’s the short version:
01

Wall Sawing

if you need a straight cut through a standard concrete wall — a door opening, window opening, or similar — up to around 24 inches thick.
02

Floor Sawing

if you’re cutting an existing concrete floor — for utility trenches, expansion joints, or floor modifications during a renovation or fit-out
03

Slab Sawing

if you’re cutting a foundation slab, structural slab, or sectioning concrete for demolition — typically thicker or below-grade work, not just a finished floor.
04

Wire Sawing

if the structure is unusually thick, extremely dense, irregularly shaped, in a confined space, or requires a vibration-free cut to protect a sensitive structure nearby — foundations, large columns, bridge elements, or heavy demolition sections.
Difference in Concrete Cutting Services

Our Wire Sawing Services

01

Foundation & Crane Base Cutting

Cutting through thick concrete foundations and crane bases where standard saws can’t reach the required depth.
02

Column & Beam Wire Cutting

Precision cutting through heavily reinforced columns, beams, and drop beams with minimal disturbance to the surrounding structure.
03

Bridge & Infrastructure Cutting

Wire sawing for bridge sections, core walls, and other infrastructure elements requiring accuracy at scale.
04

Confined Space & Remote Cutting

Wire saw configurations for tight or hard-to-access locations, including remote-controlled operation where direct access isn’t practical.
05

Dry Wire Cutting

Cutting without water for sites where wet-cutting isn’t permitted — substations, power stations, and similar restricted environments.
06

Demolition Sectioning

Cutting large concrete sections into controlled, liftable pieces as part of structured demolition works.
Why Choose Us

Why Choose Pro Core Cutting Services for Wire Sawing

Common Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Wall sawing uses a rigid, track-mounted blade for straight cuts through standard concrete walls. Wire sawing uses a flexible diamond wire for thicker, denser, or irregularly shaped structures — such as foundations, columns, and bridge sections — where a rigid blade can’t reach or would risk cracking the structure.

Wire sawing is typically used for concrete sections above 500mm thick, including large foundations, columns, and infrastructure elements that other cutting methods can’t handle.

Yes. Wire sawing produces almost no vibration compared to blade cutting, which makes it the preferred method when cutting near structures that can’t risk cracking or disturbance.
Yes, dry wire cutting is available for sites where water use is restricted, such as substations and power stations.
Yes, every wire sawing job starts with a GPR concrete scan to map rebar and reinforcement before the cutting path is planned.
